KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has said that it intends to cut the prices of all European flights in January 2005.
The fares will reportedly be cut by up to 40% in response to competition and a reduction of the average pricing level on air fares. The airline said that as an example, a return between London, UK and Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will fall from EUR106 to EUR69.
KLM is a unit of Air France-KLM SA, the Associated Press said.
