Air travel in Turkey, as well as neighbouring Greece and Bulgaria, was disrupted on Friday (13 February) due to snow storms.
The weather conditions led to the suspension of flights at Turkey's Istanbul airport, and aircraft were grounded in Athens due to one of the worst snow storms in decades.
Bourgas airport in Bulgaria was also closed, reported Reuters.
