Hawaiian Holdings, the parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, may reportedly file its own reorganisation plan as early as this week.

The company said in a regulatory filing on Friday (13 February) that it intended to form its own reorganisation plan for the airline, which filed for bankruptcy protection nearly a year ago. The company claims its reorganisation plan will "provide for a more equitable treatment of all constituencies involved in the reorganisation".

Boeing Capital, one of the airline's largest creditors, is seeking bankruptcy court approval of its own reorganisation plan for the airline, reported Reuters.
