United Airlines revises ticket policy for Chicago travel

United Airlines has revised its ticketing policies for travel to and from destinations affected by severe weather in Chicago.
All customers ticketed on or before 4 January 2004 for travel through to 12 January 2004, from or via O'Hare International Airport, will be able to make one ticketed change to their itinerary between the same origin and destination with no fee penalty or fare increase, providing the same booking code is available.
The tickets must be reissued/revalidated by midnight the day of the original scheduled departure.
