America West Airlines has announced that customers using its web site (http://www.americawest.com) will now have instant access to a customer service representative.
The America West customer service representatives will be available daily from 0900 to 1700 PDT via the new Live Help! instant chat box.
America West claims that users can ask a question and get an immediate response from a trained airline representative.
