AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Delta Air Lines has added new flights to its winter schedule. The airline will add a second daily flight from New York to Mumbai, India via Frankfurt starting on 31 October 2004 and a second daily flight to San Jose, Costa Rica and Sao Paulo, Brazil, from 1 December 2004.

United Airlines has announced a series of new daily nonstop flights from Chicago O'Hare and Washington Dulles airports. The airline will operate six new services from O'Hare and five from Washington Dulles beginning on 4 October 2004. The new services will take in Albuquerque, N.M., Tucson, Ariz., Palm Springs, Calif. and Edmonton, Canada, from O'Hare and Memphis, Tenn., Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pa., Milwaukee and Houston from Washington Dulles.

Northwest Airlines is to expand its schedule operating at Indianapolis International Airport starting on 31 October 2004. The airline is adding 19 new flights with nonstop services to Boston, Ft. Myers, Florida; Hartford, Connecticut; Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Florida; Philadelphia, Raleigh/Durham, N.C. and Washington. The new flights will increase Northwest Airlines' schedule to 36 flights a day from Indianapolis to 13 destinations.
