Song launches In-Flight Fitness programme

Delta Air Lines' low-fare service, Song, has launched an In-Flight Fitness programme designed exclusively for the carrier by entrepreneur and fitness guru David Barton.
The programme - available on flights from today (22 June) - is a 15-minute workout designed to decrease stress and fatigue and improve strength and flexibility, all while burning calories. For USD8 passengers can purchase two pieces of exercise equipment with easy-to-follow instructions.
The exercise equipment - a resistance band and a ball - can be used both on board flights operated by the carrier as well as in a hotel room.
