Mineta San Jose International Airport receives approval for development

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Mineta San Jose International Airport has received clearance from the San Jose City Council to start work on the airport's new North Concourse.
The project will upgrade the airport to meet new federal security requirements as well as improving gates, jetways and passenger facilities.
The concourse construction is the first phase of the airport's terminal development programme which also includes the construction of a South Concourse and a central terminal.
