Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Suruga Bank are to create a new programme allowing customers at the regional bank in Shizuoka Prefecture to receive frequent flier mileage.
Under the programme, customers who have a housing-loan at the bank will be able to receive frequent flier mileage points from ANA according to the loan amount. The mileage will be offered every year for ten years commensurate with the loan outstanding.
The service will be attached to a credit card that ANA and Suruga will issue combining three functions - cash card, mileage card and digital money.
