ACAI extends option period for convertible notes offering

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Atlantic Coast Airlines Holdings Inc (ACAI) is to extend the option period for its convertible notes offering.
The carrier has announced that it has extended through to 19 April 2004 the date by which the initial purchaser of Atlantic Coast Airlines Holdings Inc's 6% Convertible Notes must exercise its option to purchase additional notes from the company.
The initial option to purchase was initially valid to today (22 March).
