A lawsuit filed by the Tall Club of Silicon Valley against several airlines has been rejected by a California Court of Appeals panel.

The club had sought preferential seating in roomier exit rows for men at least six foot, two inches tall and women at least five foot, ten inches tall. However, the appeal court rejected the lawsuit and refused to get involved in airline regulations.

The group now has 30 days to appeal to the state supreme court, reported Reuters.
