Finnair acquires remaining shares in Nordic Airlink

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Finnish airline Finnair Plc said on Tuesday (18 May) that it had acquired the remaining shares in the Swedish airline Nordic Airlink from the founder of the company.
With the acquisition Finnair's ownership increased from 85% to 100%, according to the company.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
