Independence Air begins selling tickets

Independence Air, a new low-fare carrier launched by Atlantic Coast Airlines, has begun selling tickets.
The new airline will reportedly offer over 300 daily departures from Washington Dulles International Airport this summer, with flights beginning on 16 June. The airline will initially fly to Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Newark, N.J., and Raleigh-Durham, N.C., before adding a further 30 destinations.
Customers will have to book their flights online at http://www.flyi.com or call the airline directly.
