AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
ATA Airlines has launched its "Easy Days Sale", reportedly providing Charlotte, N.C., travellers with better choices in airfare. Until 23 May 2004, customers can purchase special prices for travel to 20 destinations across the country. Travel is valid between 1 June and 30 September 2004.
US Airways has been named as the official airline of the Philadelphia Eagles. The carrier will act as the official airline under a seven-year partnership. A formal announcement was made at Philadelphia International Airport.
Frontier Airlines is to begin new nonstop services between Cancun International Airport and Kansas City International Airport, as well as Cancun and Salt Lake City International Airport, on 3 July. The airline has received approval from the US Department of Transportation for the routes, but is awaiting approval from the government of Mexico.
