Copenhagen Airports A/S to buy back own shares

Danish airport operator Copenhagen Airports A/S said on Tuesday (2 November) that it would begin to implement the share buy-back programme described in its interim report for the nine-month period January-September 2004.
The company may acquire up to 10% of its share capital, provided the market value of the total share buy-back programme does not exceed DKK800m.
Copenhagen Airports expects to buy back shares during the period until the next annual general meeting, scheduled to be held on 21 April 2005.
Copenhagen Airports said that it had appointed Danske Markets, a division of Danske Bank A/S, as lead manager for the share buy-back programme.
