Mesa Air October passenger traffic increases

The Mesa Air Group, which operates as America West Express, US Airways Express, United Express and Mesa Airlines, has announced a 51.3% year-on-year passenger traffic increase for October.
In October 2003 the Mesa Air Group flew 320m revenue passenger miles with 480m available seat miles and a load factor of 66.7%. In October 2004 however it smashed the 2003 figures by recording 485m revenue passenger miles, 675m available seat miles and a load factor of 71.8%.
The number of passengers carried by the airline group increased to 1.06m from 706,420 passengers in October last year, reports The Associated Press.
