Frontier Airlines takes delivery of its 33rd A319 aircraft

Frontier Airlines has taken delivery of its 33rd Airbus A319 aircraft from General Electric Capital Aviation Services (GECAS).

The new aircraft boosts the airline's fleet to 45 with six Boeing 737-300s, six Airbus A318s and 33 Airbus A319s. The new aircraft will depict a baby lynx on each side of its tail in keeping with the airline's wildlife of the US theme.

Frontier Airlines' 45-strong aircraft fleet makes it the second largest carrier based at Denver International Airport.
