Ryanair is UK's most punctual airline in second quarter of 2004

The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced that Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair was the most punctual major airline in the second quarter of 2004.
The CAA's report shows that 85% of Ryanair's flights arrived on time between April and June of 2004 following on from the airline being the most punctual in 2003 and in the first quarter of 2004. German full-service airline Lufthansa was second with 83% of flights arriving in time.
A spokesperson for Ryanair said that its record of punctuality has continued throughout 2004 and passengers will be able to benefit not only from low fares but also excellent service, reports Ireland Online.
