SAA and Jet Airways sign cooperation agreement

South African Airways (SAA) has signed a cooperation agreement with Indian carrier Jet Airways aimed at making travel between India and South Africa easier.

SAA will fly to India seven days a week starting in February 2005, with passengers able to fly to different parts of the Indian sub-continent using Jet Airways' services. Indian passengers flying to South Africa with Jet Airways will also be able to fly to different areas of South Africa using SAA domestic flights.

A spokesperson for SAA said that the airline believes the new cooperation agreement will become very profitable, reports PTI.
