Continental Airlines to begin Belfast-New York flights

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

US-based carrier Continental Airlines is to begin flights from Belfast, Northern Ireland to New York in May 2005.

The new daily non-stop service will operate from Belfast International Airport to Newark Airport, New York with a capacity of 170 passengers. The airline has not yet released ticket prices but said that fares would be competitive.

During November to April the service will be cut to four times a week, reports UTV.
