Air Berlin to fly from Manchester and Southampton

Air Berlin is to begin services to Berlin-Tegel, Dusseldorf and Paderborn from two new UK airports on 1 November 2004.
The airline will run services from Manchester to Berlin-Tegel, Dusseldorf and Paderborn and from Southampton to Paderborn. The services from Southampton will run non-stop three times a week.
The Germany-based carrier has also announced that its 37-strong fleet will have new AIRTRACK moving map systems, developed by Lufthansa Technik AG and TEAC Aerospace, installed in the aircraft cabin, reports Air & Business Travel News.
