Copenhagen Airports increases stake in ITA

Danish airport operator Copenhagen Airports A/S has increased its stake in Inversiones y Tecnicas Aeroportuarias SA de CV (ITA), according to ITA's strategic partner Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste SA de CV (NYSE: ASR).
Copenhagen Airports has reportedly increased its holding in ITA from 36.5% to 49%. No financial details have been disclosed.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste SA de CV (ASUR) is a Mexican airport operator. ITA provides ASUR with technical assistance and consulting services.
