Lufthansa Technik receives Gulf Air maintenance contract

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Lufthansa Technik has received a five-year maintenance contract from Gulf Air.
According to the company, the agreement has a value of EUR100m and is its biggest Middle East deal. Under the terms of the agreement the company will assist in the management of more than 30 of Gulf Air's aircraft.
Lufthansa Technik is part of German airline Deutsche Lufthansa AG and provides maintenance and overhaul services.
