American Eagle to launch new services from Miami

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, has announced plans to add new nonstop jet service between Miami International Airport and 11 cities.

Beginning 9 July, the carrier will offer daily service to Charlotte, N.C.; Cleveland, Ohio; Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, Ind.; Louisville, Ky; Memphis, Tenn.; Nashville, Tenn.; Norfolk, Va.; Pittsburgh, Penn.; and Richmond, Va. In addition, American Eagle plans to offer weekend service between Miami and Cincinnati, Ohio.

All flights will be operated with 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jets.
