Northwest Airlines rolls back fare hikes

Northwest Airlines has rolled back some fare increases imposed last week.
The airline had reportedly increased fares to offset fuel prices and as a response to increases imposed by competitors. According to Reuters, JP Morgan analyst Jamie Baker has said that the fare change by Northwest may have a trigger effect on other airlines.
