Independence Air extends number of 'Airbus destinations'

Independence Air (Nasdaq: FLYi) has said that it will extend its list of Airbus destinations by offering new A319 flights to Jacksonville and by converting its Boston service to an all-Airbus schedule.

According to the airline, the changes will step into effect from 6 September 2005. Independence Air said that the Jacksonville service will include three daily roundtrips, two aboard the Airbus A319 and one CRJ flight, while the Boston schedule will feature five daily roundtrips, all operated with Airbus A319 aircraft.

In addition to these changes, Independence Air also said that it has now released all seats for sale onboard all flights through to 31 January 2006.
