Ryanair reports 20% passenger increase in January

Ryanair, the Irish budget airline, has reported a 20% increase in traveller numbers for January 2005 year-on-year.
According to the airline, passenger numbers increased to 2.042m and the load factor for the month was 74%, up from 71% a year ago. Ryanair also said that Internet sales made up 97% of all sales for the period, Reuters reported.
