Singapore Airlines reports load factor for December

Singapore Airlines has reported a load factor of 68.3% for passengers and cargo for December 2004.

The airline reported a load factor of 68.7% for November. Singapore Airlines also said that the overall load factor in December fell by 1.9% year-on-year from 70.2% while the cargo capacity increased in December by 14.2% year-on-year. The cargo load factor was 61.2% for December.

The passenger capacity in December increased by 9.1% year-on-year, Reuters reported. The airline transported a total of 1.48m passengers in December, an increase of 5.9% compared with December 2003.
