The Air Canada wildcat strike last week was an isolated event, according to the airline's CEO Robert Milton.
According to Milton, the action was a localised event and not a sign of problems in the airline. The strike revolved around the actions of people who did something that common sense would tell most people is very wrong, the CEO claimed.
Baggage handlers and ground crew staff launched a four-hour walkout in Toronto after a dispute over allegations that there had been abuse of punching out time cards, Reuters reported.
