Greece is planning sell a stake in Athens International Airport later this year, the Greek finance minister said on Monday (24 January).

The Greek government, which currently owns a 55% stake in the airport's holding company, is expected to float a 10% stake, although the minister did not provide any details of the intended sale.

The government values Athens airport at about EUR1.8bn, said a high-level finance ministry official quoted by Reuters.
