Moving Swedish federal jobs to the island of Gotland could mean more air routes and cheaper tickets.

The CEO for the Swedish regional airline Gotlandsflyg, Roger Albrecht, has said that travellers would benefit from such an effect and he rejected claims that travel costs would increase for many authorities.

Albrecht also said that he thinks that the many departures to and from Gotland influenced the proposal to move federal jobs there, reported sr.se.
