American Airlines matches Delta fare changes - claim

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
American Airlines has said that it is matching most of the changes announced by Delta Air Lines regarding its fares.
An industry source has said that this includes the elimination of required Saturday-night stays and lower last-minute fares, The Associated Press reported.
The source reportedly also said that there were some differences between the American Airlines and the Delta Air Lines fare changes and it was not clear whether all fares would be affected.
