Innsbruck airport closed due to weather problems

The airport in the western Austrian city of Innsbruck was shut down on Thursday (6 January) after black ice covered runways, making it dangerous for aircraft to take off or land.
Waiting passengers were transported by bus to Salzburg airport.
The authorities planned to reopen Innsbruck airport later in the day, reported The Associated Press.
