ATA reports December scheduled service traffic figures

ATA Airlines Inc, a subsidiary of ATA Holdings Corp, has announced its December scheduled service traffic figures.
The carrier's scheduled service traffic decreased by 11.0% from December 2003 to 911.8m revenue passenger miles (RPMs). Capacity decreased by 12.4% compared to 2003, to 1.3bn available seat miles (ASMs), causing ATA's December jet scheduled service passenger load factor to increase 1.1 percentage points to 69.9%.
In December the airline served 738,081 passengers, a decrease of 8.3%. In the year ending 31 December 2004 ATA served 10,084,851 passengers, which is an increase of 7.6% over the previous year.
