Boeing chooses business intelligence software from Cognos

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Software company Cognos Inc (Nasdaq: COGN; TSX: CSN) has reportedly entered into a multi-year agreement with US aircraft maker Boeing Co to provide its business intelligence solution.
The Cognos software, including Cognos ReportNet, will be used by Boeing to provide common business reporting as part of an enterprise-wide business intelligence initiative.
Financial terms of the deal were not announced.
