Delta introduces 'risk-free' cancellation policy

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has introduced a new cancellation policy for customers that buy tickets direct from the airline.
Under the Risk-free Cancellation policy customers purchasing their tickets at delta.com, flysong.com or other direct Delta ticketing locations can cancel certain tickets within 24 hours if they find lower fares elsewhere or if their travel plans change. A full refund with no cancellation fee will be provided.
The policy applies to tickets for travel from the United States, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada. Other terms and conditions apply.
