Proffice AB acquires airport staffing company work@ARN

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Swedish staffing company Proffice AB said on Tuesday (21 June) that it had agreed to acquire the airport staffing company work@ARN.
The consideration amounts to SEK12m, debt-free.
work@ARN provides staffing services for the Arlanda and Bromma airports in Sweden and is expected to achieve a turnover of SEK120m in 2005.
