Disagreements are continuing between the United States and Europe over subsidies for civilian aircraft manufacturers.
The US and European Union are negotiating to end the subsidies paid to Boeing and Airbus and the aim is to reach an agreement on the issue by 11 April this year.
However on Saturday (19 March) the US apparently withdrew from the talks and threatened to take the matter back to the World Trade Organization.
Both sides appeared to blame each other for the breakdown in talks, but both have since said that they are prepared to return to the negotiations.
