Blue1 reports passenger traffic up by 25% in February 2005

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Scandinavian airline SAS reported on Monday (7 March) that its Finnish subsidiary Blue1's total passenger traffic (RPK) had increased by 25% in February 2005, as compared to February 2004.
The capacity (ASK) increased by 4%, while the cabin factor increased by 8.0 percentage points year-on-year to 49.2%.
Passenger numbers had increased by 42.4% to 97,000 in February 2005, according to SAS.
