Southwest Airlines launches fare sale

Southwest Airlines is offering southwest.com-only airfares priced from USD39 one-way with a 14-day advance purchase.
According to the airline, fares range from USD39 to USD149 one-way and vary by destination and day of travel. The fares are only available at southwest.com.
The airline said that the USD39 one-way fares are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (or USD44 one-way on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays) between Baltimore/Washington and Providence; Albuquerque and Phoenix; and Los Angeles and Tucson. USD79 one-way fares are available between Hartford/Springfield and Orlando; Columbus and Norfolk; and Cleveland and Las Vegas, while USD99 one-way fares are available between Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood and Las Vegas; Los Angeles and Philadelphia; and Nashville and Fort Myers.
One-way fares priced at USD99 are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (or USD149 one-way on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays) between Chicago Midway and Ontario; Phoenix and San Antonio; and Houston Hobby and Raleigh-Durham. USD109 one-way fares are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (or USD149 one-way on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays) between El Paso and Oakland; San Antonio and St. Louis; and Albuquerque and Las Vegas.
The fares are available for purchase until 31 October 2005, and are valid for travel from 4 November 2005 through to the end of Southwest Airlines' published schedule (which is currently 3 February 2006). Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days before departure.
