GOL reports increases for passenger traffic in September

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Brazil's GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (NYSE: GOL) has released preliminary passenger statistics for the month of September 2005.
According to the airline, system-wide passenger traffic (RPK) increased by 78% year-on-year and capacity (ASK) increased by 59%. GOL's system load factor for the month of September 2005 was 76%. The domestic passenger traffic (RPK) for September increased by 68% and capacity (ASK) increased by 50%. GOL's domestic load factor for the month was 76%.
Compared with the previous month international passenger traffic (RPK) for September increased by 56%, while capacity (ASK) increased by 44%. The international traffic load factor for the month of September was 72%.
