Copenhagen Airports A/S reports passengers up in September 2005

Danish airport operator Copenhagen Airports A/S reported on Wednesday (5 October) that its total passenger numbers had increased by 7.2% to 1,779,433 passengers in September 2005, as compared to September 2004.
The number of domestic passengers increased by 8.0%, while the total number of international passengers increased by 7.1%.
The number of scheduled international passengers increased by 7.4% and the number of international charter passengers increased by 3.4%.
The number of locally departing passengers increased by 13.1%, while the number of transfer/transit passengers decreased by 3.4%.
The total number of takeoffs and landings decreased by 2.0% and tonnage decreased by 0.5% in September 2005, as compared to September 2004.
