Boeing reveals flight deck of 787 aircraft

The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) has revealed the flight deck for its Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

According to the company, the flight deck features new technologies while retaining significant operational similarity with the Boeing 777 and other Boeing jets. The new flight deck reportedly has much larger display screens than previously used in aircraft, having twice the display space of the Boeing 777.

The flight deck also features dual head-up displays (HUDs) and dual electronic flight bag.
