Frontier Airlines may sell stock and securities

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Frontier Airlines Inc (NASDAQ: FRNT) has said that it may sell up to USD250m in securities and stock.
According to the airline, it may periodically sell off debt securities, preferred and common stock and warrants, using the proceeds to pay off its debts, acquire aircraft or other property or for aircraft prepayments or working capital, Reuters reported.
