easyJet aims for 20% share of Germany's low-cost market

easyJet, a British low-cost airline, is aiming for growth in the German market.
John Kohlsaat, the German CEO of the airline, said that it is aiming for double-digit growth in Germany to get a market share of 20%. The airline had a market share of 2% with regard to capacity in Germany in 2004, the Berliner Zeitung reported.
easyJet reportedly has a 20% market share of the European low-cost market and wants to see the same figure for Germany as well. The aim will be to increase business in Berlin and Dortmund.
easyJet has also said that it will maintain its full-year earnings expectations.
