Maxjet Airways is to launch services between London's Stansted airport and New York, USA on 1 November.

The US-based carrier will reportedly provide all-business class flights and operate one flight a day except Saturdays, with fares starting at GBP599 one way, excluding taxes.

There are also plans to increase the frequency of service and to add more routes, the BBC reported.

The all-business class flight means that all travellers will be seated in business class seats and served drinks prior to take-off as well as multi-course meals.
