Netwise AB secures contact management solutions order from Airbus

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Swedish presence and availability management solutions and services developer Netwise AB said on Monday (5 September) that its French subsidiary had received an order for Netwise CMG contact management solutions from European aircraft maker Airbus.
The order will be carried out in cooperation with France Telecom Group, which will install the solutions on Cisco Systems' CallManager platform for Airbus.
The system will initially be installed for 30,000 connections in Toulouse in France, and 10,000 connections in Filton and Broughton in the United Kingdom.
No financial details were disclosed, but Netwise characterised the contract as "important".
