WestJet reports August traffic figures

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
WestJet, a Canada-based discount carrier, saw an increase in its traffic figures for August 2005.
The carrier reported that the load factor increased to 83.5% compared to 79.8% for the same month in 2004, while passenger traffic increased by 22.3%. The capacity increased by 16.9%, Reuters reported.
