Delta files for approval for incentive plan to keep critical staff

Delta Air Lines has proposed an incentive plan to address on the high attrition rates at a critical subsidiary.
According to court documents filed by the airline, the incentive plan valued at USD14m would keep others from leaving.
The subsidiary, Delta Technology, reportedly provides technology and support services to Delta. It saw attrition rates of 20% in 2005 compared to 4% in 2004 at the director level. Additionally, critical engineers have left the subsidiary, according to Reuters.
