BAA, the British airports operator, has called for eased regulation for its three London airports.

The airports operator reportedly stated that it would like regulations eased by the British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), asking the CAA to consider deregulating activities already subject to significant competition. BAA specified such activities as advertising, long-term car parking and bureaux de change, Reuters reported.

BAA owns and operates London's Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports.
